At Rasasi Perfumes 1979, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped box and place it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
